CANCELLATION POLICY:
-As a courtesy to our stylist and clients we have reserved time and space especially for you and require 24 hour notice for all appointment cancellations or reschedules. If less than the 24 hour required notice is given, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the full scheduled session.
-A credit card or gift card may be required to reserve appointments.
RESERVATIONS POLICY:
-Please arrive a minimum of 10 minutes in advance of salon and spa treatments.
-Services will begin and end on time as a courtesy to the next guest.
-As a courtesy, we attempt to confirm call all appointments. You are invited to call to your appointment to confirm exact times, services, and ask any questions you may have.
TARDINESS POLICY:
-We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, depending on circumstances, to not inconvenience clients and stylist we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your service.
PRICES POLICY:
-We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest and greatest. Although we make every effort to keep our website menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time.
MONETARY POLICY:
-Elude accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Elude salon gift cards, bank debit cards, cash and personal checks.
-A $35 NSF fee will be assessed for returned checks.
Elude gift cards cannot be replaced if reported as lost or stolen. Donation certificates are non-transferable.
